Welcome to my Catalog showroom on the Web. I hope you find it convenient to shop for my hand-crafted dolls. I've organized my site to allow you to find things easily. Come on in, take a look around, and feel free to drop me a note if you have any questions, or suggestions for improvements.

Ordering Instructions

The site is still under construction, and I do not have all payment options set up yet. For the time being, there are three methods of ordering my dolls. The first method is using the PayPal system. This is a quick and easy and very secure method of electronic payment. It may be used for ordering a single selection. For multiple individual selections, shipping will be charged for each item ordered, but I can refund overpayment of shipping. PayPal users can charge their VISA or MasterCard, or use a bank account for payment. I have found it a quick, easy and safe way to transfer funds electronically. There should be an International version available shortly. You should still go through the shopping cart system, take the route for paying by mail and leave intructions that you are paying via PayPal, so that I am aware of your order, or you may just send me an email. The PayPal site basically takes your payment, so going through the shopping cart makes sure I get the information to make your doll. I hope this isn't all too confusing!

The second ordering method is through the shopping cart, but I can only accept payment by check, either mailed to me or electronically through the iCheck acceptance system. This is a very secure and convenient way to purchase online. I will be accepting credit cards again shortly. In the meantime, PayPal is probably the best choice for most orders.

The third method is through the mail or email. Some folks prefer this method, although the shopping cart is very useful for giving me a "heads up" on your order, and it is very safe and convenient to use.

Custom orders should be noted on the shopping cart and/or a description of exactly what you would like sent via email to olga@ozassociates.com, and I will begin work on your doll. Dolls in stock will be shipped as soon as I receive payment by check or money order, of course, PayPal and iCheck orders don't have to wait for the mail!
